Workshop

My amazing roommate bought me a 4-day workshop with commercial photographer Susan Anderson. It was on Creative Lighting for Portraits. I learned a ton, and kind of found my passion: action!

Last weekend, I did something bold and a little crazy. I went down to the San Diego Harbor and sat on the Embarcadero for the 4th of July Fireworks. It was my first time photographing Fireworks, and though it did take a little fiddling with settings in the semi-dark, I got several shots that I like, and even a few that I love. Enjoy!

Kristy's Baby Shower

So the last few weeks, since the return from Cabo, have been rather photography-bare. I think I O.D.ed while there, and I've needed a break. But my good friend Dee asked me to photograph a baby shower she was throwing, and I was more than happy to oblige. Here are a few shots from that day.
